Description
14 Seafield Street in Findochty is a two-storey and attic house built between 1905 and 1910, and it is one of a pair of terraced houses. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted pointing and features concrete dressings, while the flank is harled. The entrance door is located at the center, paired with its neighbor. The outer bay has bipartite windows, and there is a shared gabled dormer-headed window on the first floor that breaks the eaves at the center. Additionally, there is a single gabled dormer above an outer first-floor window. All openings have segmental-headed lintels, and the windows feature 2- and 4-pane glazing.
