Description

15 Seafield Street in Findochty is a two-storey, three-bay house built between 1905 and 1910. The structure features rubble with rendered dressings. The central entrance is corniced, with flanking corniced bipartite windows in the outer bays. Three gabled dormers with finials extend from the wallhead, each fitted with modern two-pane glazing in wooden frames. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, along with decorative brackets for the rainwater goods.
