1905-10. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Rubble, rendered dressings. Corniced centre entrance and flanking corniced bipartites in outer bays. 3 finialled gabled dorrmers break wallhead: 2-pane modern glazing (wooden frames). Coped end stacks; slate roof, decorative brackets to rainwater goods.
