8 Seafield Street in Findochty is a two-storey, three-bay house built between 1905 and 1910, and it is part of a terraced pair. The building is constructed of rubble with concrete dressings. The entrance is located in the center and features a panelled door. On the first floor, there are three dormers with gables and finials. The windows have four-pane glazing, and the house has coped end and ridge stacks.
