Description

The Grampian Hotel, located at 36 Regent Street in Keith, was built around 1820-1830. It is a two-storey corner building featuring four irregular bays facing Regent Street and eight bays facing Regent Square. The exterior is finished with coloured harl and has contrasting painted ashlar margins. There are two doorways on the Regent Square side and one on Regent Street, with the majority of the windows featuring two-pane glazing. The building has ridges and end stacks, topped with a slate roof.
