Description

28 Victoria Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that includes an office on the ground floor. The building is constructed of painted rubble with raised painted margins. On the ground floor, there are enlarged plate glass shop windows on either side of a widened doorway, which features double-leaf outer doors. The first floor has three single light sash and case windows, each with a two-pane glazing pattern. The house has end skews, scroll skewputts, coped end stacks, and is topped with slate roofs.
