The building is constructed of rubble walling, with rusticated granite quoins and granite margins. The ground floor has an asymmetrical layout, with a door on the right side flanked by shop windows, while on the left there is a blocked doorway with a shop window. The first floor has three single light windows that are sash and case with two-pane plate glass glazing. The house has coped end stacks with octagonal cans, end skews, and a slate roof.
