Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-bay symmetrical cottage built on steeply sloping ground; single storey and attic to street, 2-storey to rear. Pinned squared granite, polished raised granite margins. Steps to central architraved doorway with cavetto reveals, modern door with fanlight. Single light windows, sash and case with 2-pane plate-glass glazing pattern. Pair of canted piend-roofed dormers and rooflight. Windows to left gable return. End skews, skewputts. Coped end stacks, graded slate roofs to front; concrete tiles to rear. Rear elevation painted rubble with single storey wing.
