Description

Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, T-plan cottage. Squared and snecked granite with ashlar dressings. Panelled door to centre with stone bracketted cornice and letterbox fanlight. Canted windows flanking at ground. 2 canted, piend-roofed slate-hung dormers above to attic with billet moulding. Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates, ashlar coped skews with moulded skewputts, coped ashlar stacks with decorative cans. Low ashlar coped wall to front garden with decorative, cast-iron railings and gate; rubble coped, rubble walls to side.
