Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house on raised ground. Squared and coursed granite with ashlar dressings, base course and eaves course.

S ELEVATION: bays grouped towards centre; round-arched, cavetto moulded doorway at centre, modern and semi-circular fanlight. Windows flanking at ground. Squat Venetian window to centre at 1st floor, windows to outer bays.

N ELEVATION: small windows at ground, stair window to centre at 1st floor, small window to outer bays. Later window W gable at 1st floor.

Regrettable modern 2-pane pivot windows to S elevation, 4-pane glazing in sash and case windows survives at rear. Graded grey slates, coped ashlar skews and stacks, ashlar ridge, moulded skewputts, decorative cans.
