Early 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. Rubble with squared granite margins. Central doorway with modern glazed door. 2 single light windows with metal-framed plate glass windows. Good graded slate roof, sandstones skews coped end stacks, 1 octagonal can. 2 rooflights. Rubberoid roofing to rear.
