Description
This early 19th century single-storey cottage, which includes an attic and basement, was originally divided into two cottages. It is constructed from rubble with squared granite dressings. An elegant flight of steps with an iron balustrade leads to a modern door, while a basement door is located to the right. The cottage features single light sash and case windows with plate glass glazing, and the basement windows have 12 panes. There are square bipartite dormers with plate glass sashes. The roof is covered with graded slate and has a central coped stack, along with a rusticated stack to the right that has octagonal cans. At the rear, there is a central door leading to the basement, which has a rubberoid roof.
