Circa 1800. Single storey, 3-bay cottage in irregular terrace. Dry dashed, contrasting margins. Door at centre (modern). Small plate glass sash and case windows flanking (original size). Graded purple slates. rooflights. Coped skews. Mutual gable stack to right. Sandstone ridge. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
