Description
This building is a single-storey, three-bay cottage from the earlier 19th century, part of a terraced pair, with a later addition of an attic from the 19th century. The exterior is made of painted rubble, featuring ashlar quoin strips and margins. The cottage has a modern door at the center, with modern plate glass windows on either side. The left side of the building has a largely blank elevation, with a small window positioned to the left. The roof is covered with graded grey slates and includes two canted slate-hung dormers and a rooflight. The roof has coped skews and skew blocks, with ashlar margined end stacks, and some octagonal chimney cans are still present. The eaves feature moulded guttering.
