Description

Later 18th century with later alterations and 19th century addition to rear. Single storey and attic, 1-bay cottage with late 19th century canted piend-roofed dormer to attic and ridge stack. Painted roughcast render; painted ashlar margins. Raised window and door margins. Late 20th century timber-boarded front door; bipartite window to left; 1 dormer to attic.

Plate glass in timber sash and case windows. Brick stack with octagonal yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
