Description
This building, located at 91 Main Street, is a later 18th century cottage that features a later dormer and a mid-20th century piend-roofed extension at the rear. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays. The cottage has a 20th century canted, gabled dormer in the attic and a ridge stack. The exterior is finished with painted render and has painted ashlar margins, a base course, quoin strips, and raised margins around the windows and doors.
The front door is half-glazed and timber-boarded, flanked by windows, and the dormer has slate-hung sides. The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass, while the dormer features 4-pane glazing. The building has ashlar-coped skews, a rendered stack to the west with yellow clay cans, and a stone stack to the east. The roof is covered with graded grey slate.
