Description

Later 18th century with later dormer and mid 20th century piend-roofed extension to rear. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with 20th century canted, gabled dormer to attic, and ridge stack. Painted render with painted ashlar margins. Base course; quoin strips; raised window and door margins. Half-glazed timber-boarded front door; flanking windows; dormer with slate-hung sides to attic.

Plate glass in timber sash and case windows; 4-pane glazing to dormer. Ashlar-coped skews. Rendered stack to W with yellow clay cans; stone stack to E. Graded grey slate.
