Description
92 Main Road in Dunlop is likely an early 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay gabled cottage. It features irregular window arrangements and has a 19th-century lean-to addition on the east gable, along with a two-storey addition at the rear from the 20th century. The exterior is made of rendered rubble with painted sandstone ashlar dressings, showcasing a raised eaves band course and raised window margins. The front and rear have irregular fenestration, and there is an entrance at the rear through a lean-to glazed timber conservatory.
The cottage has gablehead stacks and is roofed with graded grey slate, complemented by cast-iron downpipes. The interior has been modernized from a previously derelict state. Additionally, there is a coped random rubble boundary wall surrounding the garden.
