Description

Later 18th century with 19th century dormers and circa 1960 flat-roofed extension to rear. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with late 19th century canted piend-roofed dormers to attic and gablehead stacks. Random sandstone rubble; cement render to W gable; painted ashlar margins. Raised window and door margins. 2-leaf timber-boarded front door; window to right and 2 windows to left; circa 1960 bow window to W gable; 2 dormers to attic.

Predominantly 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Rendered stacks with yellow clay cans. Coped skews. Graded grey slate.
