Description

Later 18th century with later alterations and 20th century extension to rear. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with 20th century gabled dormers to attic, and ridge stacks. Dry-dash render with painted ashlar margins. Base course; raised window and door margins. Timber-panelled front door; flanking bipartite windows; bargeboarded dormers with slate-hung sides to attic.

Timber sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing to upper sashes and plate glass to lower sashes; 2-pane glazing to upper sashes of dormers. Brick stacks with assorted yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
