Description

Later 18th century with later alterations and 20th century addition to rear. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with bell-cast roof, late 19th century canted gabled dormers to attic and ridge stack. Random sandstone rubble with painted ashlar margins. Eaves course. Raised window and door margins. Half-glazed timber panelled door. Bipartite windows; 2 dormers to attic.

Timber sash and case windows with 2-pane glazing to upper sashes and 4-pane glazing to lower sashes; 4-pane century glazing to dormers. Rendered stacks with yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
