Later 18th century with later alterations and 20th century additions and alterations. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with 20th century canted, gabled dormers to attic. Painted render with painted margins. Eaves course. Timber-panelled late 20th century front door; flanking bipartite windows; 2 dormers to attic.
4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Brick stacks with yellow clay cans. Breeze-block crowstepped gables. Graded grey slate.
