Description
Later 18th century with later alterations and additions to rear. Single-storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with 19th century canted, piend-roofed dormers to attic, and ridge stack. Painted render with painted ashlar margins. Base course; raised window and door margins. Timber-panelled front door; flanking bipartite windows; 2 dormers with slate-hung sides to attic; central Velux.
4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows; non-traditional aluminium-framed glazing to dormers. Rendered stacks with yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
