Description

This building is a late 18th century low single-storey, three-bay cottage, part of a pair in an irregular terraced line. It is constructed of white painted rubble and features a modern door at the center, flanked by small plate glass sash and case windows that are of original size. The roof is covered with graded grey slates. There is a tall end stack on the right side and a small mutual gable stack on the left. The cottage also has a sandstone ridge and a small flat-roofed extension at the rear.
