Description

This building is a later 18th century, 4-bay single storey cottage located at 101 Maxwellton Avenue in East Kilbride. It is constructed from squared rubble and features raised cills.

On the northwest elevation, there is a door in the second bay from the left, with single windows in the remaining three bays. A small outbuilding is attached at an angle to the left gable. The cottage has modern astragal glazing and a slate roof, with straight skews and slender, coped stacks at the gableheads, as well as one on the roof ridge.
