Description

106 Maxwellton Avenue is a late 18th century cottage featuring three bays and a single storey with an attic. The building is constructed from squared and snecked rubble.

On the southwest elevation, there is a central door flanked by windows, and the outer bays contain attic dormer windows with bracketed eaves. The cottage has modern three-pane glazing and a slate roof with straight skews. At the left gablehead, there is a short coped stack with tall pots, and the gable wall is blind.
