Description
109 and 111 Maxwellton Avenue is a cottage from the later 18th century, featuring two bays and one and a half storeys. The building is constructed of squared rubble with raised cills.
On the northwest elevation, there is a tall entrance door located in the left bay, with a small square window above it. The right bay has a single window at ground level and another window above in the attic. The cottage has modern two-pane glazing and a slate roof, topped with a short harled stack at the right gablehead.
