Description
114 Maxwellton Avenue in East Kilbride is a pair of late 18th century dwelling houses, featuring four bays and a single storey with an attic. The exterior is harled and painted, with raised harling on the upper half of the right house. There is an eaves cornice along the top.
On the southwest elevation, the entrance doors are located in the central bays, while single windows are found in the outer bays. The left side has an attic box dormer window, and the right side has a gabled attic dormer window. The houses have modern glazing and a slate roof, with coped stacks at the gableheads.
