Description
This is a single-storey cottage located at 110 Maxwellton Avenue in East Kilbride, dated 1770. The cottage has four bays and features harled and painted walls with an eaves course.
On the southwest elevation, there is an entrance door with a date stone positioned in the third bay from the left. The second bay contains a small single window, while the outer bays each have single windows. The cottage has modern astragal glazing and a slate roof, with coped stacks at the gableheads.
