Description

This is a single-storey and attic cottage located at 10 Boyne Street in Whitehills, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The cottage has three bays and is constructed of rubble with a harled gable and contrasting painted margins. The central entrance is concealed by a substantial rubble lean-to porch. On the north gable facing the street, there is one window on the ground floor and one in the attic, both featuring modern two-pane glazing with timber casements. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern roof lights. Additionally, there is a modern box dormer at the rear.
