Description
5 Low Shore and Store in Whitehills is an early 19th century building that originally consisted of two cottages. It is a single-storey, 5-bay dwelling featuring a rubble gable facing the sea and partially rubble on the street side, with modern harling applied elsewhere and some painted or rendered margins. The east elevation has a recently inserted central entrance and two modern wide windows to the left. At the rear, there are five windows with modern two-pane glazing and timber casements. The building has coped end stacks, with the original stack located at the north gable, and a slate roof.
In the garden, there is a small rubble store that is linked to the store belonging to No 6 Low Shore, which has a corrugated-iron roof.
