Description

8 Boyne Street is an early to mid-19th century single storey and attic cottage with three bays. It is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and rendered margins. The cottage features a central entrance and a single window on the street-facing gable, which has 2-pane glazing. There are coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes roof lights. At the rear, there is a substantial modern box dormer.
