Description
46 Sandend is a mid-19th century single storey and attic cottage featuring three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins. It has a central entrance with a panelled door and later gabled wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which contain 2-pane glazing. Attached to the cottage is a continuous single storey and attic gable wing with two bays, rendered with contrasting painted reveals. This wing includes a doorway and a flanking window with modern glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
