Description
34 Sandend is a single-storey, narrow three-bay cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring contrasting painted margins. The cottage has a central entrance with a double-leaf panelled door and small windows with 4-pane glazing. There are end stacks, and the roof is covered with slate, including loft roof lights.
Additionally, there is a small lean-to extension that has a side entrance and a slate roof. Adjacent to the cottage is a fishing store, which has vertical weatherboarding on the gables, a brick chimney gable and stack, and a slate roof.
