Description
47 Sandend is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century. It is a single storey and attic building with three bays. The exterior is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted long and short dressings. The cottage features an off-centre door and a single window in the seaward gable, which also has a blocked attic window. There are two later piended wallhead dormers, and the glazing is mainly four-pane. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a substantial modern rear dormer that has been swept.
