Description
37 Sandend is a mid-19th century single-storey and attic cottage with three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring painted margins and a harled gable. The entrance is off-centre and has a plank door. There are two later gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays, along with a single ground-level window and a small attic gable window, both with 4-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof.
Adjacent to the cottage is a fishing store, which is gabled and constructed with vertical weatherboarding, also featuring a slate roof.
