Description
38 Sandend is an early 19th-century single-storey, narrow three-bay cottage. It is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and long and short dressings, while the rear is rendered. The cottage features an off-centre entrance and small windows with four-pane glazing. There are rendered end stacks and a slate roof that includes loft roof lights. At the back, there is a narrow flat-roofed extension that runs the full length of the cottage, which has a central entrance and a single window with modern glazing.
