Description

30 Pennan is a mid-19th century cottage that features a single storey and an attic, with three bays and a gable end facing the sea. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. The central entrance has a panelled door and is flanked by windows. There are two ground floor windows and two windows in the seaward gable, along with two later canted oriel dormers that break the wallhead. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a single storey, two-bay lean-to extension at the south gable.
