Description

23 Pennan is a cottage dating from around 1800, with later heightening. It is a single storey and attic structure featuring three bays, with the gable end facing the sea. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with self-coloured margins. The central entrance has a panelled door, and there are small ground floor windows, including two located in the seaward gable. The first-floor windows extend above the wallhead as later piended dormers in the outer bays, with a small modern bathroom dormer in the centre. The windows have 2-pane glazing, and the cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
