Description

20 Pennan is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that faces the sea. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted margins. The front features a central entrance flanked by two windows, with three additional windows on the first floor. There is a single window on the ground floor of the east gable, all with two-pane glazing. The house has shaped copes on the end stacks and a slate roof. At the rear, there is a modern, flat-roofed, rendered two-storey extension with contemporary glazing.
