Description

24 Pennan is a cottage dating from around 1800, with later modifications that raised its height. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. A significant modern flat-roofed extension has been added to the front, positioned at right angles to the main entrance. The exterior is rendered and designed to resemble ashlar stonework. There are two late 19th-century wallhead canted dormers, each with 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
