Description
28 Pennan is an early 19th century, two-storey house with a dormerless attic that has been later heightened. It features three bays and a gable end facing the sea. The front is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, while the rear is harled. There is a central entrance, with a ground floor window located in the extreme outer bay on the right side. The seaward gable has two ground floor windows, one first floor window, and a small blocked attic window. The windows have 4- and 12-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
