Description

37 Pennan is an early 19th-century, two-storey, narrow house that has been heightened at a later date. It features an irregular front arrangement of windows and has a rendered façade that imitates ashlar stone, accented by contrasting painted margins. The gable and rear of the house are constructed from rubble. The entrance is off-centre, with a small window to the left that has 12-pane glazing, while the larger windows throughout the house have 4-pane glazing. There are also two very small windows on the ground floor of the rear elevation. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
