Description
38 Pennan is an early to mid-19th century, two-storey, narrow three-bay house that faces the sea with a gable end. The exterior has modern harl with rendered margins applied in 1988. The entrance is slightly off-centre and features a modern door, with a very small window to the left. The first-floor windows are located in the outer bays only, and there is a single first-floor window along with a diminutive gable attic window. All windows have modern two-pane glazing with timber frames. The house has coped end stacks and a roof made of corrugated asbestos.
