Description

36 Pennan is a house dating from around 1800, which was rebuilt around 1980. It is a two-storey, three-bay building facing the sea. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. The house has a central entrance and a regular arrangement of windows, with an additional window on the ground floor to the left of the centre doorway, featuring 12-pane glazing. The roof has coped end stacks and is covered with slate, including a small modern roof light.
