Description

48 Pennan is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the later 19th century, facing the sea. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. It features a modern porch that projects from the center. The windows have four panes of glazing, and there are chimney stacks at each end. The roof is covered with slate and has a tiled ridge.
