Description

51 Pennan is a mid-19th century single-storey cottage with an attic, featuring three bays and a gable end facing the sea. There is a later lean-to addition at the south gable. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted margins. The entrance is centrally located on the east elevation. The outer bays have later piended dormers that break the wallhead, while the seaward gable has a single ground window and a small attic window, both with 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
