Description

31 Crovie is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. It features a single-bay lean-to addition on the east gable, which faces the sea. The exterior is harled with contrasting painted margins. The entrance is off-centre, and the windows have modern two-pane glazing with wooden frames. The cottage has end stacks and a pantile roof that includes modern loft roof lights.
