Description
36 Crovie is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century, featuring a single storey and attic with three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings and contrasting painted reveals. It has a central entrance that includes a double-leaf plank door. On the outer bays, there are two late 19th-century canted dormers that project over the wallhead, each with four-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes loft roof lights. Additionally, a small gabled rubble store extends from the south gable and has a corrugated asbestos roof.
