Description
35 Crovie is a cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted reveals. The entrance is centrally located and has a double-leaf plank door. There is a single window in the seaward gable and a late 19th-century canted wallhead dormer with 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern loft roof lights.
At the south gable, there is a small single-storey rubble store that is set back. This store has a doorway and a corrugated asbestos roof.
