Description

45 Crovie is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century, featuring two storeys with a raised ground floor above a basement, built against a hillside. The exterior is made of harl pointed rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The central entrance, which has a modern door, is accessed by a forestair and is flanked by a basement entrance that includes a double-leaf plank door. On the seaward gable of the raised ground floor, there is a single window with 2-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof.
