Description
47 Crovie is a cottage built in the early to mid-19th century, with later modifications to increase its height. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. Attached to the seaward gable is a single-storey, two-bay store constructed from rubble. The cottage has modern harl coats over its rubble walling. The central entrance is flanked by windows that have 12-pane glazing, and there are later piended dormers at the outer bays, each with 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof. The store has a double-leaf plank door and 9-pane glazing, along with an end stack and a pantiled roof.
